A Sircon agency account is required to update firm associations / endorsements in California.
Business Entity Name Approval Service and Online Application
First, you will need submit your Name Approval/Reservation request. If you already have a Federal Employee Identification Number (FEIN), please create a Sircon agency account to submit a name approval request. If you do not yet have an FEIN, you can create a Sircon individual account to submit your business name for approval.
If your name is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit a business entity online application. This online application service is available for resident or non-resident applicants.
Individual Address, Name or Email Address Change
A Sircon account is required to change an individual's email, name, or address in any state. This service is available for both agency and individual accounts.
License Printing
A Sircon account is required to print a license.

Important Notices
Submit Requests Electronically
The ability to submit requests for a solicitor appointment, solicitor termination, letter of clearance, and others is available electronically. Click here to submit the request. Click on the link for "Services" on the left. Then click on "CE Exemption or Extension Request". Once identifying the licensee, enter your email address and check the appropriate box, complete and attach the needed form, and complete the process to pay the $32 fee.

Print your California license
You can print your license any time after creating a Sircon account.

If you submitted your application or renewal using Sircon.com, you can print your license for free within 30 days of its approval.

If you used a paper application or National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) to apply for a license, you must pay to print your license. After you pay the fee, you can print copies for 30 days at no extra cost.

Title licensees can't print their licenses. The license is mailed after approval.
