First, contact the company through which the course was taken to request that your credits be reported to the state. Once the credits have been reported, you should be able to view them on the Sircon website. If the provider company says the credits have been reported but you still don't see them listed on the Sircon website, please contact the Continuing Education administrator for the state in question. (See the preceding FAQ for contact information.)
On the confirmation page, click the Click here to view your letter of certification link. This will open the letter in a separate window and allow you to print it.
To avoid this, do not click the Print button on the browser toolbar. Instead, look inside the window that displays the certification letter, and click the Print text link. This will allow the letter of certification to be printed as a PDF document.
Try saving the letter of certification to a location on your computer (e.g., Windows® desktop, C:\ drive). Then open the saved document file from that location. This should allow you to print the letter. If you still cannot print, confirm that Adobe Acrobat® version 5.5. or 6.01 or newer is installed on your computer. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat®, of if you have an unsupported version, click here to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat® Reader®. (It's free.)
The name of the agency must be entered exactly as it exists in the state's database system. Try entering only the first few characters or the first part of the agency name; this can help the system retrieve the right record.
If the address you are changing is within the United States, the system will not allow you to select a country. Make sure you have no country selected.
