South Dakota Business Entity Licenses
The Insurance Division no longer requires business entities to obtain a registration from the Secretary of State prior to licensure. This does not eliminate any registration requirements with the Office of the Secretary of State. Each business entity is encouraged to contact the Secretary of State's office if they have any questions as to whether registration is required of that entity.
Free CE Transcript
You may now check the status of your continuing education compliance. For a free continuing education transcript, click on "Look up Education Courses/Credits" in the left-hand column and then click on "Continuing Education Transcript Inquiry."
