  • Non-Resident Insurance Producer
  • Resident Insurance Producer
  • Non-Resident Limited Lines Producer
  • Resident Limited Lines Producer
  • Non-Resident Title Agent
  • Resident Title Agent
  • Resident Surplus Lines Licensee
  • Non-Resident Surplus Lines Licensee

The transition to birth month renewals for existing licensees was completed in 2010 for the listed license types with the exception of Surplus Lines licensees.

Current Surplus Lines licenses will expire on February 28, 2011 as normal. Renewal invoices have been mailed and include the new expiration date of the license, which is the last day of the birth month. Upon renewal of the license, the license will be issued for a minimum two-year period set to expire at the end of the birth month. For example: An existing surplus lines license expires February 28, 2011. The birth month is June. When the licensee renews and pays the fee, the license will renew effective March 1, 2011, with an expiration date of June 30, 2013.
