Using our web interface, you are able to electronically apply for nonresident licensure, submit resident and nonresident renewals, address changes, check licensing and continuing education status and more.

Important Notices

Important Changes to the Resident Licensing Process Beginning January 1, 2010

  • Insurer sponsorship no longer required. Upon issuance of the agent license, the licensee must obtain a certificate of authority from each insurer they will represent. Applications for temporary licenses still require insurer sponsorship.
  • New resident applicants must submit electronic fingerprints. The applicant shall bear the cost for the electronic fingerprinting. Details regarding the fingerprinting process can be obtained by clicking here.
  • Resident applicants will be eligible to apply online using Sircon's online services by clicking on the Apply for a license link located in the menu on the left side of this page.
