Sircon Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Numerous Business Successes and Accolades in 2007

Entrepreneurial, Business and Insurance Industry Recognition Highlight Anniversary Year

Highlights include recognition as one of the Michigan 50 Companies to Watch and its achievement of 20 million transactions nationwide.

  • Sircon Corporation's high ranking in the 2007 InsureTopTech: Voice of the Insurance Market survey results announced by Insurance Networking News and analyst firm Financial Insights. Notably, Sircon finished second overall among all companies as "Adds Most Value."
  • Recognition as one of the Michigan 50 Companies to Watch, an awards program sponsored by the Edward Lowe Foundation that is designed to highlight the success of privately held second-stage companies that champion Michigan's entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Achievement of 20 million transactions nationwide. This particular transaction was completed on July 5, 2007 on behalf of the American Independent Insurance Company.
  • President and CEO Bob Nero's receipt of the Greater Lansing Entrepreneur of the Year award as part of the Greater Lansing Business Monthly's 13th Annual Entrepreneurial Awards of Greater Lansing competition, as well as Nero's achievement of finalist status in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year competition.
