Vertafore Receives Highest Scores in Independent Agency Management System Analysis
SMA Research ranks AMS 360 and Sagitta as top agency management systems
BOTHELL, Wash. – September 10, 2009 – Vertafore, the leading provider of software and services to the insurance industry, today announced that its AMS 360 and Sagitta products both received across-the-board high scores in a recent independent analysis of agency management systems.
Sagitta received the highest scores in 10 of 11 evaluation categories, while AMS 360 received the highest scores in nine categories. The findings of the report, produced by SMA Strategy Meets Action, a Boston-based research firm specializing exclusively in the insurance industry, are based on extensive industry intelligence gathered through survey responses, in-depth product demonstrations and interviews with five key industry vendors. Research focused on the insurance agency marketplace and specifically analyzed the current and potential use of agency management systems.
