State of Oklahoma Selects Sircon Corporation
Web-Based Sircon for States™ Solution Provides Improved Service for Insurance Regulators, Companies and Producers
Okemos, Mich., September 5, 2006 - Sircon Corporation today announces that the state of Oklahoma has signed a 5-year agreement to use its Sircon for States™ web-based solution, making Oklahoma the 15th Sircon State. The move will dramatically increase the online services Oklahoma provides to insurance carriers, agencies and producers across the country, enabling customers to connect with the Oklahoma Insurance Department 24 hours a day.
"As part of an ongoing effort to enhance efficiency and improve customer service at the Oklahoma Insurance Department, I am pleased to announce the addition of the Sircon solution," said Commissioner Kim Holland. "The Sircon system will enable us to deliver online, real-time services to our customers, minimizing paperwork and eliminating processing delays."
Sircon will enable the state of Oklahoma to better manage insurance regulation including: enforcement case action, complaints, producer data, and rate and form filing. The service platform opens up direct online access to Oklahoma for the first time for insurance carriers and producers to process electronic appointments, terminations, license applications, renewals and many other services.
