Sircon Releases Advanced Producer Credentials and Data Synchronization Capabilities for its Sircon for Carrier Platform

Enhancements to Sircon’s carrier platform in this latest version include improved data reconciliation, better reporting capabilities, more effective workflow integration, and enhancements to producer data synchronization.

Today's announcement follows several significant developments in Sircon's products and services, client base and industry presence, reflecting the organization's commitment to remain on the cutting edge of industry innovation:

  • Producer records synchronized with the National Producer Database or PDB can now be updated from the most recent synchronization date with no set up required.
  • When processing license applications, licensing specialists can now see producer status results including “approve/deny” or “pass/fail” from their states by specific qualification or line of authority
  • Reporting capabilities with hierarchies have been improved to provide better insight into producer/agency/carrier structures and allow for more effective troubleshooting in the event of missing information
  • Additional reporting enhancements include increased visibility into active license and appointment data which enables licensing staff to display producer data by carrier or state, as well as increased flexibility to list only license types specific to carrier business needs
  • Increased flexibility allows producer interview data including business unit, or background information to be easily stored avoiding redundant data entry
