Kris D. McGuire Joins Sircon as Vice President of Finance
McGuire will Help Sircon Manage Continual Growth in Insurance Market
OKEMOS, Mich., February 23, 2009 — Sircon Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vertafore, Inc., today announced that Kris McGuire has joined the company as vice president of finance. McGuire will manage the financial and administrative functions of the company as it expands its presence in the domestic insurance market.
Sircon serves the unique needs of insurance carriers, agencies and brokers, individual agents and state insurance regulators. With nearly 10 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, McGuire’s qualifications include having served in senior leadership roles in finance, operations, and strategic planning. His financial background and strategic insights, along with his leadership and judgment, will be important contributors to Sircon’s future success.

Previously, McGuire served as regional manager of finance for Delphi Corporation, leading Financial Planning & Analysis for Delphi Steering’s North American Operations. At Delphi, McGuire was responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis to drive business results as well as coordinating and leading complex projects. McGuire holds a Master of Business Administration from The Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Saginaw Valley State University.
