I would like to introduce Jill Plate, Sircon’s Industry Customer Service Manager, who joined us in July. As the Industry Customer Service Manager, Jill’s focus is on the support service delivery for all industry customers; establishing metrics, policies and procedures; developing differentiated service offerings; and improving the overall customer service experience. Reporting to Jill is the enterprise customer services team (comprised of Michelle, Steve, Joe, Jerry) and the call center team, led by Connie Osters.
