Sircon’s Producer Express manages the recruiting, contracting and appointing process, which allows carriers to automate the various steps in finding and acquiring a new producer. It delivers more flexibility and responsiveness to the organization’s recruiters, while enhancing the capabilities of the licensing & appointing department to act quickly and decisively on potential producers. In many cases it exceeds six weeks. The producer is dissatisfied and the carrier’s time-to-market is not competitive. Missing information results in substantial re-work expense and delay. Paper-based systems force manual re-entry of producer data into other carrier systems, not to mention the out of control overnight shipping charges.

Recruitment

Leads are generated from a web site or from online job boards like Monster, Hot Jobs, or Career Builder and are tracked for various events like first contact, follow-up date, first and second interview, and the date the lead was moved to the hiring, contracting or appointing process. Other data that can be tracked includes:

  • The recruiter
  • Their manager
  • The source of the lead
  • The method of receiving the lead
  • Current license status of the applicant

This data is then passed to hiring, contracting and appointing.

Hiring, Contracting and Appointing

Producer Express helps streamline the complex and paperbound process of collecting the documents required to activate new producers by integrating background investigation, licensing status verification, and state appointment processing.

Forms passed between remote locations and the home office are automated and checked for completeness, and can be signed and countersigned digitally. No more wondering what happened to a contract packet, either. With Producer Express, you can track your paperwork from contact to contract to impact. Event driven email or portal notifications provide updates to all parties. Information is then fed directly into Sircon for Carriers for appointment processing.

Signatures and Security

Document signatures enforced as needed, either once for the whole packet or multiple times for each person involved. These signatures are legally enforceable and replace the need for physical signatures, which used to mean shipping paperwork, delays in the process and possible loss of paperwork.

The type of signature your firm chooses to use is flexible, and can be a simple click, a PIN system, voice or scribble. All integration is done through authenticated and secure (HTTPS, SFTP, and PGP) methods.

All of Sircon’s offerings are web-based applications hosted and managed by Sircon in IBM-partnered data centers. All you need is Internet access and a browser, and you’re in business. It’s is backed by an enterprise-class hardware and software infrastructure, and top-of-the-line application servers, database servers and reporting server software. Sircon also provides advanced network security, Internet bandwidth, and dedicated production support staff to monitor and manage performance and security.

Ongoing Administration Support

Sircon's Professional Services and Client Services groups will work with customers both during initial implementation of Producer Express and as new packet types are added, or if existing packets need to be updated to make sure Producer Express stays current with each customer's needs. For initial packet implementation and ongoing packet changes, statements of work are created to make sure the scope of the work is well-defined and managed.

Data Storage and Retention

Sircon will store client document packets for three years from the date of initiation of the request. After three years, Sircon may purge the data at its option. Data archival services are available upon request on a time and materials basis for customers that want Sircon to archive their data to CD or DVD. Extended data storage for up to seven years is available for an additional monthly fee. Producer Express data is retained at no additional cost for up to seven years for customers that use Sircon's Producer Manager compliance database system.
