With its easy-to-use inquiry tools, Producer Manager lets you generate sophisticated reports of your producer data in a variety of formats and manipulate report data for easy distribution, further analysis, and rapid decision-making.
Speedy Data Feeds
Producer Manager includes a sophisticated integration architecture that allows external systems to feed data into it in real time. In addition, Producer Manager can transmit outbound data as frequently as every 15 minutes. Data feeds are XML-based, encrypted for security, and event-driven (add, change, delete, and more). They are also configurable to contain all or only selected data.
Exceptional Performance and Security
Producer Manager and all of Sircon’s offerings are web-based applications hosted and managed by Sircon in IBM-partnered data centers. All you need is Internet access and a browser, and you’re in business. It’s is backed by an enterprise-class hardware and software infrastructure, and top-of-the-line application servers, database servers and reporting server software. Sircon also provides advanced network security, Internet bandwidth, and dedicated production support staff to monitor and manage performance and security.
Signatures
Document signatures enforced as needed, either once for the whole packet or multiple times for each person involved. These signatures are legally enforceable and replace the need for physical signatures, which used to mean shipping paperwork, delays in the process and possible loss of paperwork.
The type of signature your firm chooses to use is flexible, and can be a simple click, a PIN system, voice or scribble. All integration is done through authenticated and secure (HTTPS, SFTP, and PGP) methods.
